Functional Fitness
Taught by Gail Evans-Potter
Description: Functional Fitness is a class for mature adults and modifiable for all ability levels. It is designed to improve strength, flexibility, balance, cardiovascular strength, and memory in a way that will challenge everyone. For many seniors often living alone, a gym can be a lifeline to socialize and feel a part of a community. Each day’s class is different, using available equipment and workout styles such as Tabata, AMRAPs, Circuits and always including balance and memory skills.

-Open to the senior population
-Free for all those with memberships; nonmembers are $5 drop in/class
-Every Tuesday and Thursday at 9AM

Vinyasa and Yin Yoga
Taught by Branndon Pezzelle
Teaching two different yoga classes: Vinyasa and Yin
Vinyasa: Faster more dynamic, active, and athletic flow that synchronizes breath with movement, aiming to build strength, cardiovascular health and endurance. This 75 minute class will begin with Meditative Breath Work
Yin: Slower meditative practice holding floor based poses for 3-10 minutes to target deep connective tissues, improve flexibility, and enhance joint
mobility. This 75 minute class will begin with Meditative Breath Work.

Vinyasa class will be from 9AM - 10:15AM
Yin will be from 11AM-12:15PM

-Both are every saturday starting April 11th
-$5 members; $10 non-members
