New Member Intro to the Gym 

All ages

"Intro to Gym and Free Trial Fitness Class" is a program designed to introduce individuals to the gym environment and provide them with a chance to experience a fitness class for free. The program aims to familiarize newcomers with gym equipment, proper form, and basic exercise techniques. It also offers the opportunity to participate in a fitness class of their choice to explore different workout styles and find what suits them best. The program encourages individuals to kick-start their fitness journey by providing guidance, support, and a taste of the gym's offerings through a complimentary fitness class.

Fitness Class

HIIT

( 13 years+)

A high-intensity interval training (HIIT) exercise with weights combines the benefits of intense cardiovascular activity with resistance training using weights. This type of workout involves performing explosive, compound exercises with weights, such as dumbbells or barbells, in rapid succession. The exercises can include movements like kettlebell swings, squat presses, or power cleans. During the workout, you'll alternate between short periods of intense effort, where you perform the weighted exercises with maximum intensity and speed, and brief periods of rest or lower-intensity activity. This approach challenges your muscles, elevates your heart rate, and promotes fat burning while building strength and muscle endurance. By incorporating weights into a HIIT workout, you can enhance your overall fitness level, boost metabolism, and achieve noticeable results in a shorter duration.

Military Athlete Training ( all fitness levels)

Our instructor will lead you through exercises and drills to improve your strength, endurance, and fitness. You'll be in a safe and supportive environment, with a focus on safe and efficient movement. Come join us and boost your fitness and have FUN!

Weight Lifting

Silver Sneakers Classic

( 55 years+)

"55+ Fit and Mobile" is a program designed specifically for individuals aged 55 and above to enhance fitness levels and improve mobility. It also focuses on strengthening muscles and increasing range of movement for daily life activities. Participants can use hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball. Often a chair is used for seated exercises or standing support.
